We reserve the right to update or modify these services as per business requirements.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Domain and Hosting: If you purchase domain names or hosting through Dos Group, we strongly recommend transferring the domain to your account for security. If the domain remains in our control and is compromised, Dos Group shall not be held responsible.
  • Content and Materials: Clients must provide accurate and complete information, including content, images, and any other necessary details for project execution.
  • Revisions: For website design or development services, you are entitled to up to three design revisions. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
  • Traffic and Hosting: If your website receives traffic beyond the hosting capacity provided by us, you must upgrade your hosting plan at your own expense.

4. Security and Liability

  • General Website Security: While we prioritize website security, any major attacks, such as WordPress vulnerabilities, database breaches, or plugin attacks, are beyond our control. Dos Group shall not be held liable in such cases.
  • Backup and Maintenance: We provide regular updates and backups for your website during the support period. However, if a breach occurs that compromises backups, Dos Group will not be held responsible.
  • Affiliate and Third-Party Links: Our website may include affiliate links, third-party advertisements, or guest posts. We do not guarantee the authenticity of these links. Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence before engaging with third-party links or services.

5. SEO Services

  • White Hat Techniques Only: Dos Group strictly adheres to white hat SEO practices. We do not engage in black hat or unethical practices.
  • Client Cooperation: SEO is a continuous process. If external attacks, such as bot traffic or spammy backlinks, occur, we will work with you to mitigate the issue. However, results may take longer under such circumstances.
  • No Guaranteed Rankings: SEO is influenced by various factors, including competition, algorithm updates, and market trends. While we strive for the best results, rankings cannot be guaranteed.

6. GMB (Google My Business) SEO

  • GMB SEO services are subject to the same principles as general SEO.
  • Suspension or penalties resulting from incorrect information provided by the client are beyond our control.
  • Regular reviews, updates, and high-quality photos/videos are essential for GMB success.

7. Support Policy

  • Duration: We provide one year of free support for websites designed by us. This includes:
    • Regular updates for WordPress, themes, and plugins.
    • Backup and restoration if required.
    • Manual testing across devices to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Scope of Support: Support covers website functionality and security but does not include redesigns, new functionality, or additional features.

8. Guest Posts and Press Releases

  • Guest Posting: We publish articles only on relevant, high-DA websites. Misaligned guest posts (e.g., health-related posts on sports websites) will not be accepted.
  • Press Release: All press releases will be published on high-DA platforms. We do not guarantee results from low-DA or irrelevant platforms.
  • Content Ownership: Clients must ensure that content provided for guest posting or press releases is original and free of plagiarism. AI-generated content is not allowed.

9. Digital Products and Affiliate Marketing

  • Digital products sold on our website, such as themes or plugins, come with genuine licenses.
  • Products are purchased through agency plans, allowing for multiple installations.
  • We do not deal in GPL or nulled products for production websites. These are for learning and testing only.
  • All affiliate promotions are transparent, and any disputes with affiliate services must be handled directly with the respective provider.

10. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment Terms: Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon. For custom services, a token amount is required to initiate the project.
  • Additional Charges: Any tasks beyond the agreed scope of work will be chargeable.
  • Refunds for Digital Products: Digital products, once downloaded, are non-refundable.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Dos Group will not be liable for:
    • Any losses resulting from delays caused by external factors, such as hosting downtime or server issues.
    • Breaches caused by third-party plugins, themes, or tools.
    • Legal or financial disputes arising from guest posts, third-party links, or advertisements.
    • Actions taken by search engines, including penalties or de-indexing.

12. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
